Almabtrieb and Kirchtag in Reith

For a second time, Reith in the Alpbachtal welcomes the animals home from the alpine pastures. Colourful headwear, ringing bells and the music of the Reith brass band turn the village into a living stage for Tirolean customs.

Those who missed the first date have a second opportunity here – and usually the more relaxed one: the crowds from the previous week have gone, the village paths are freer, and there is more time for a conversation at the craft stalls.
